I took a COVID test on September 18, and told that I would have my results in 4-5 business days. Two weeks later I have nothing. No results. I called your office and left messages three times, and send an email. No response. If this is the way you practice health services, my next stop is to your funders, who might like to know how badly you perform in a poor, people of color community. I will never use nor recommend your again.
