Everything went smoothly and wait time wasn't bad. My longest wait was for the x-ray person to come and get me for the x-ray of my hand, but the x-ray process itself didn't take long.
Loved Dr Chen... He is very caring and very informative... I appreciated his wonderful bed side manners and how he showed true concern for my pain!... Would recommend him to anyone with wrist hand issues to see him!... The front desk and staff were excellent also making the process of check in and follow up appointments very easy... Thank you OrthoVirginia for being such a professional and caring health provider.
