Absolutely amazing doctor! He remembers me no matter how long it’s been since an appointment and is so understanding of all my quirks! I moved and still drive 1 1/2 hours to see him. You will not be disappointed.
The staff was courteous and explained everything in a way I could understand. They were also attentive to my concerns. Dr Chen was compassionate and patient with me. He offered 3 different solutions to my condition. I decided to start with the simplest solution 1st. If that doesn't work than I have to get a cortisone injection. I hate needles. If that doesn't work than I will have to have surgery.
Ive been through cancer, oncologist, urologist, family doctor and other physicians and I'm saying without a doubt that Dr.Chen goes above and beyond for his patients, checking progress, making sure medications are filled on time, and a fantastic surgeon! He takes a personal approach where you can be yourself and he listens to you ,helping you any way he can.
