I have come to this office twice so far. Appointments ran on time resulting in no waste of time for me -- much appreciated! Staff is professional and courteous. The office itself is clean and attractive. I highly recommend Dr. Yong's dental practice.
I have been seeing Dr. Yong and his team for over 10 years. They are amazing! I had a horrific experience with a previous dentist that I was so afraid of ever trusting a dentist again. I'm so glad I listened to Ellen when she told me to give him a chance.
Always a wonderful experience. Excellent staff who are courteous and professional. I moved away from the North End over a year ago and I continue to go to this practice.
Having known dr Yong for a number of years I can comfortably tell that he is a skillful and honest dentist. I recommend him to anyone who has concern about false diagnosis in order to drum up business.
All of the staff is personable. I generally only visit twice a year for cleanings, but I've never felt like a stranger there. They treat you like family, and I actually enjoy my visits.
As usual Dr. Wayne Yong was outstanding. I travel from eastern CT to Boston whenever I have any dental needs. Today (6/15/19) I had to temporary crowns placed PAIN FREE!!! Great job Wayne, they look and feel natural!
Best dentist and dental office ever! I avoid dentists at all costs. I had a situation that I could not ignore and my sister referred me to Dr. Yong. Well, I gave her a piece of my mind for not referring me sooner! He is the most caring and gentle dentist I have ever had. He made me relaxed and actually excited about the dental work he is going to do for me. I recommend him highly.
First class service with a first class Dentist. I highly recommend Dr Yong to all!
