The hygienist (can't believe I'm blanking on her first name, but I remember that her middle initial is "Y"!) was excellent: a perfect combination of informative, funny, and obviously very skilled at her work. She gave good comments on how I can better take care of my teeth, being sure to explain the theory behind the recommendations. Dr. Yong is also very talented and personable. Each time I've been to the office, I have been greeted promptly and welcomed warmly. As a premedical student, I love the fancy technologies that allow me to be able to see my x-rays immediately and see images taken as my treatments occur on a nice television screen. Dr. Yong is very thorough, compassionate, and understanding. My visits almost make me WANT to go to the dentist, which I never thought I would say!

The above speaks for my opinion on the always excellent service that I receive.
I arrived 5 minutes early and greeted the front desk girl to let her know that I was there for a 12 pm cleaning. She told me to have a seat and I waited about 10 minutes (5 min past my appointment time) and got up to ask the older woman at the far end of reception about my appointment. The younger lady had gone out on her lunch break. It turns out the hygienist was just waiting for me and no one had let her know I was there. Good thing I asked otherwise I would've waited a much longer time unnecessarily.
Always friendly and efficient- very convenient to my office. Love the TVs in each exam room!
