We use to love coming here! It was a family tradition to come for breakfast the two times I year we stay in Cannon Beach for at least the past 10 years. Unfortunately they have greatly reduced their menu and have removed MANY of the favorites, including the Blue Cheese and Wild Mushroom Omelet and their amazing Biscuts and Gravy. :( They have remade their biscuts into a strange green onion and black pepper concoction that is far from desirable. Love eating here. Great coffee too. I highly recommend it.
This is our favorite place to eat at the coast. The staff is wonderful, well trained & they have great staff retention.

ive been to Canon beach many times but somehow never had dinner at the Wayfarer, so i decided to remedy that this past weekend. me and my daughter had dinner there. the staff were very convivial and our turkish waiter removed the bones from my Sole with practiced perfection. there was only one problem. THE FOOD WAS BAD. my sole seemed to smell a bit off but i ate it anyway. as we left my daughter remarked that her vegetables weren't that great and her salmon was undercooked. much later in the evening i awoke to a violent sto... read more
