My youngest son and I stopped by here, because the Poke restaurant 2 suites down was closed on Sundays, and we've never eaten at Wayback before. When you come in, its the typical fast casual burger layout, but could have been a bit cleaner.🧼🫧🧹 It was pretty busy, mainly because the two workers (which I will assume are the franchise owners) were struggling to get orders out for the people ahead of us. Called to ask if the food was halal so I could make a trip for Iftar and the person who’s is answering the phone hung up as soon as he answered the first time and I called back so he answered by saying yeah… I asked if this is way back burger he said yeah …. I asked is this how you guys answer the phone he said Yeah. I rarely leave bad reviews but this is insane I will not be trying this. Being rude to costumers is not the way to run a business
This burger product was better than McDonald's burger product.
Opened 30 minutes late. Order was 40 minutes late by consequences. Wasn’t really apologetic about the delay
