Did not make a good first impression.... burger was very thin, good tasting after scraping off enough ketchup, mustard, & mayo for 5 sandwiches, fries we're under cooked & cold. The bun was the best part lol. Milkshake cup was about 3/4 full & tasted gross, so I asked to refund & exchange for a Pepsi, lady rolled her eyes & then picked up her ringing phone! She gave me a partial refund & a Pepsi; save your money & go to Wendy's!

I don't think I'll ever go back there. The food took forever. The bacon rancheque sandwich was aweful. The chicken didn't even cover the bread and was very dry. Just the sandwich was 6 dollars and it wasn't even good. Not worth the price!

All young, unsupervised staff. Waited 14 minutes for our food. Not that bad honestly, but most of the places to eat in the mall are much faster. Food wasn't worth the high price. I can say that I wasn't expecting much out of mall food and they met that expectation.

Got the triple triple and it was fresh ,food was great staff was friendly ,they should open a stand alone location they would do well
