Worst service I've ever witnessed one employee continued to talk about a customer even after she left. I purchased a buffalo chicken sandwich and it was so tough I took two bites and threw it in the trash

The burgers are good. It's like a steak and shake version of Five Guys. Less ingredients than Five Guys, better quality Burgers than Steak and Shake with better better and healthier options. I would drive a little bit out of my way to go have a Wayback Burger now and then.

I bought a burger. Asked for only cheese, onion, lettuce. Waited half an hour. Watched several (about 6) people get served before me. They lost my order. I get my burger and it was covered in mayonnaise. All I wanted was a cheese burger. They gave me a refund but it honestly ruined my day as I’m pregnant and that’s all I wanted to eat. Not to mention the horrible service from the people serving me. There was only one person who acted like they cared at all and all she did was refill my drink. (That wasn’t empty)

I thought it was good till the 2nd time I went and my 5 year old wanted a grilled cheese it was bout half hour to 45 mins before the mall even closes and I ordered waited and watched the guy clean and wipe everything down then he touched my daughter's food...i did complain and wasn't mean about it but this should never happened! Anyone knows that has ever worked fast food never use chemicals and touch someone's food
The food is good but the manager is terrible he is low key racist and pervert treat his employees like shit will drop your food and put it back in the fryer and say ten second rule. You will bend over backwards for him but if your brown skin you won't last long run ������ he like them young to.
