Went in to look at a 2011 MKZ hybrid, left with a MKZ hybrid with the whole discussion going smoothly and straightforward, Came in the morning with my car. Took their car on a test drive, discussed price and trade in, was offered an honest trade in value for my car, took their car out to an independent mechanic for a pre purchase inspection while he ran finance, and left with the Lincoln. He asked to hold on to my old Texas plates as some memorabilia of the deal.
