The go to place in Pittsburgh for superior bike service and custom builds. The care and expertise from Samson and Hayley is unparalleled when it comes to finding the perfect fit, to identifying that persistent squeak, to picking new tires, they do it all and with a smile. Recently brought a bike in for yearly service and its riding better than the day I bought it!
The man who works here is an actual angel. I brought him a student's bike (it wasn't shifting properly) and this man told me truthfully that he wouldn't be able to take money for it as the bike would never be 100% safe to ride. He said he would tighten loose parts and gave me instructions on how to stay safe on the bike and get the most out of it. He wouldn't accept any money, was incredibly polite, and beyond professional.
