There have been multiple times I have tried to get in for a wax between 4-6pm after I get off work. I call, no one ever answers. In addition, I have stopped by during these times, the open sign is lit and its saws WALK- INS welcome and the door is locked. If there isn't a person there to answer phones on a regular basis or if an employee leaves early, say on a Sat. Why post inaccurate hrs?! VERY FRUSTRATING!
First time there and it was painless which was a surprise. I had Ashley and she was quick and efficient. Establishment is super clean as well. This will be my new go to.
