Viviana is awesome! I came in a few months ago for pretty much a full body wax and she made the process as comfortable as possible. Super sweet, easy to talk to and great at what she does!

Quick and painless
The girls at the Granville location are absolutely fabulous! I was really nervous the first couple times, because I had never been waxed before and I also had a lot of concerns because I have keratosis Polaris on my legs… they were very patient with all the questions I had and recommended sugaring instead of regular waxing and I have had amazing results! Lizzie did such a great job! She was really patient and super thorough, and she made the whole sugar waxing experience very more comfortable. She has a really calming vibe and you can tell she cares about doing things right. She talked me through everything, kept me laughing the whole time, and made sugar waxing as pleasant as it could possibly be. Definitely recommend her!
