Quick and painless
The girls at the Granville location are absolutely fabulous! I was really nervous the first couple times, because I had never been waxed before and I also had a lot of concerns because I have keratosis Polaris on my legs… they were very patient with all the questions I had and recommended sugaring instead of regular waxing and I have had amazing results! Lizzie did such a great job! She was really patient and super thorough, and she made the whole sugar waxing experience very more comfortable. She has a really calming vibe and you can tell she cares about doing things right. She talked me through everything, kept me laughing the whole time, and made sugar waxing as pleasant as it could possibly be. Definitely recommend her!
I normally don’t leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I feel it’s important to share honest feedback about this location. First, I want to make it clear that my aesthetician is amazing — Chloe is the reason I come here. I even followed her from the other Grandville location because her service and professionalism are unmatched. However, the location itself has declined noticeably. This was my first time getting waxed and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Claire was amazing super friendly, professional, and made me feel totally at ease the whole time. She talked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. The space was clean and calming, and I left feeling great. So glad I found her!
