Felicia literally never misses on my eyebrows. Have trusted her to fix me up before multiple weddings/trips/ parties and have never left disappointed! 10/10 would recommend.
Rescheduling for any reason less than 24 hrs out is classified as a cancelation and they will forcibly charge your card. If you cancel your appointment, but it's not canceled properly on their end, they charge you full price for a "no-show". The owner replied saying I recieved a refund. That did not happen.
Felicia is the bomb! She pays very good attention to detail and has such a fun, welcoming personality. Would recommend!
Tried to book an appointment with the supposed "regional manager" chelle or something, gave me the wrong booking info and prices then when I got there it was told that the service would be another price... Then she calls me back blaming other ppl when I initially talked to her!! This place is under/over managed..
Felicia is awesome! I went there today for the first time. She's professional, friendly and engaging. I will definitely be back.
