After having multiple eyebrow/lip waxes that were good at this place, I finally decided I would try a Brazilian wax. I got scheduled with Abby, and did not have a good experience at all. I was just put in a room and told “I’ll be back.” I was not given any instructions. After explaining this was my first time and I had never had this done before, I was told to just lay down and use the wipe to “freshen up.” After she came back in the room, nothing was explained to me, she just started waxing. Love love LOVE coming here. Kylie is the best esthetician I have ever had- I trust no one else with my eyebrows. She is funny, and personable so all appointments fly by. She is also very helpful with her product knowledge.
