They will charge you even if you cancel 24 hours before hand, it’s not about the money, it’s about the fact that they have your card information and will still charge you even after cancellation. It’s wrong and you don’t play with people’s money like that. No integrity whatsoever, would highly advise to go somewhere else.
I’ve been going to Waxing the City for at least two years now, and all of my favorite waxers literally keep dropping like flies. Every time I finally find someone I really like, get comfortable with, and trust, they end up leaving. Then I always end up getting booked with the newer waxers, and you can definitely tell when someone is new.
