I arrived for my appointment for a Brazilian, underarm, and lower leg wax only to have the entire appointment canceled because I use Differin. I completely understand that you should avoid waxing areas where you’ve used retinol or Differin within the last 7 days. However, I clearly explained that I only use Differin on my face and do not use it on any area that was being waxed today. I’ve been going to waxing the city since November 2020, and I’ve never looked back! It’s amazing and such a healthy alternative to shaving. I’ve been consistent with going to Kathleen, for my services and she’s absolutely amazing at her job! She also makes you feel comfortable in the room, and always has a sunny, welcoming environment. I can go on and on!! 🧡

Jamie Poole is THE girl!! She recently switched locations and I will ALWAYS follow her wherever she goes because she is truly amazing at what she does. She makes you feel so comfortable from start to finish, is incredibly detail-oriented, and makes sure not a single hair is left behind. She somehow keeps the whole process quick and easy, and her magical hands seriously help ease the pain. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients. I can’t recommend her enough!
