The Best Customer Service Around – What an amazing place! I have been going to WITC for a little over a year now and was totally hooked after my first visit. Jesse is wonderful, attentive and a great multi-tasker. The owners are always very friendly and the girls that work the front desk are super sweet. Great service, bad results, but willing try again – I have a good and bad experience! Like every has stated they have EXCELLENT service. This is the first ever Brazilian wax I've ever had, I WAS SCARED! But everyone was very polite and made me feel very comfortable. Best experience ever! – I recently went to Wax in the City after a good friend persuaded me that this was the place to be, I'd been wanting a brazilian for a while now, but was way too chicken (I've heard the horror stories!). Very disappointed – Let me first start of by saying I am fairly new to Denver from Los Angeles and I thought I had found the perfect place for all of my waxing needs. Fast, Inexpensive, and First Time Friendly – Kate just did my first brazilian wax and she is so good. I have been on and off waxing my bikini area myself for ages so it was a little short, but I was going with a friend so I decided to get it done anyway. Jessie is the best!!! – Getting waxed can be an uncomfortable experience, yet I always look forward to seeing Jessie at Wax in the City!!! I've been going to her for about two years and she is always professional, clean and fun to talk to. They DEFINITELY NEED MORE TRAINING – The worst wax I ever had. I had better in esthetician school! I am glad they didn't accept tips. And the girl at the front desk was too busy on the phone.

great price, quick, friendly staff – The staff here are all very friendly. I've had brazilians done by almost all the girls--they are all very comfortable to get a wax from. However, I've found that Alex does the most thorough job and still gets it done in less than 30 minutes. She takes the time to tweeze all the missed stray hairs, which might sound painful, but if you've ever tried doing it yourself, you know it's a tough task when you can't really see down there!
