Go here to get waxed – I saw Abagail. She was very professional and did a great job. It was the first time I was getting a Brazilian wax and I was nervous. Of course it doesn't feel good, but Abagail did a great job and it was quick and what I believe to be the least amount of pain possible. I would definitely rec her to anyone. While she is only a level 1 waxer at this salon, it is not based on years of experience but time employed by waxing the city. I have already booked my next appointment.
wonderful waxing – I will never dread having a bikini wax again. Usually they are painful, but this place was not. A friendly, and professional atmosphere. Plus, I love the pricing and no tipping policy. My place for a wax from now on!

Go here for any wax! – Amazing place, the ladies here really know what they are doing. You will be very pleased with your wax here, experienced waxer or newbie. FYI: all prices include tips and the prices are incredibly reasonable, probably the most competitive in all of Dallas for that level of service and professionalism.
was great..... – I started going to "waxing the city" three years ago and fell in love with both Alex and Summer who both did a magnificant job at anything I needed done. However, recently it has been near imposslible to schedule an appointment with either, as they have opened another location in Texas. I have tried many other technicians with horrible results! Too bad they have tried to expand at the expense of quality and service...
Example: great place for good bread – I started going to "waxing the city" four years ago and loved it. Both Summer and Alex were great at anything I needed. However, recently it has been impossible to schedule with them. I guess they are in texas or something...too many locations to be at all at one time! Unfortunate they had to expand as they quality decresaed as they did so! Any appointments with Summer or Alex are rushed and have far less quality results as I used to recieve. Oh well.
horrible – snotty and greedy!!!!! they used to be great. Summeraand alex did a great job. Then they staered expanding and everything went down hill!
Great brows! – I got in the same afternoon I called, and Stacey was great and did exactly what I wanted. I had far less irritation and redness post-wax than I usually do. I will definitely be going back to her, my brows look clean and perfect. The place is clean and chic. Best of all, check out the ad in 5280 for 50% off the first brow service!
Great place!! – I went to the lodo location for a Brazilian with Skye. She was fantatstic! Made me feel very comfortable and talked with me the whole time. It was fast and much less painful than the ones I have had before at other places. I left really early because I thought parking would be bad, but found a place right outside on Market. Would definitly recommend this place and Skye!
