horrible – snotty and greedy!!!!! they used to be great. Summeraand alex did a great job. Then they staered expanding and everything went down hill!
Best Brazilian in Boulder Regardless of Price. – I have been getting Brazilians for years, and this is HANDS DOWN the best place for it. I only make appointments that fit my schedule and don't worry about who is working it because everyone is good. Everything is always very clean, and they are always conscientious about allergies, etc. If you're a first-timer try to avoid Kyla until you've had a few. Awesome experience for waxing. – This was my second time experiencing being waxed. The first time I had my eyebrows, ears, and nose done. It went so well I went back for nose, ears, and added my back. The place was easy to find. The reception was friendly, professional, making me feel comfortable. Best Brazillian Ever – I live in LA where getting a brazilian wax is as common as getting a pedicure. I saw this place while I was in town visiting my family and since I was over due for a touch up decided to give it a try. First of all, you can't beat the price: brazillians go for $80 plus in LA so $50 is such a steal. Exceptional service... – I went to Wax in the City's Boulder location and was so pleased with everything. I liked the idea of the -wax only- store so I tried it out. I had a brazilian service with Whitney Wagner and she was comforting, professional and efficient. Great brazilian wax and customer service – I've had multiple brazilian waxes all over Denver. I moved to Boulder in May and was very concerned about finding someone new, because I have had some messy, painful, BAD experiences with waxing in the past. Nice and comfortable experience – I have gone there for two brazilian waxes and I had great experiences each time. Noreen was such a sweetheart and made me very comfortable since I was such a newbie to waxing in general. The front desk staff was kind and there's free sodas in the waiting lounge. Overall a great place!
No consistency...worst wax ever – I agree with Velzy! I have tried to stay with Wax in the City but I have been hurt way to bad, to many times!!! I have been going to Wax in the City for a while now and I usually go to the first available person. I have only seen one girl that I like. When I have had to go to the other girls (I think one of them was an owner), they were the worst waxes ever. Great location, awful experience – After reviewing all the salons in Boulder, Wax In The City seemed like a good choice. Scheduling was simple and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I got a Level 1 modified Brazilian and Lower Leg wax from Noreen. She was very nice and I felt comfortable. My Brazilian was the worst I've ever gotten. We take pride in having a learning environment and want to address your concerns; however, we have spoken to Noreen and researched this, but cannot find record of a re-due for a Brazilian wax with Noreen during April/May timeframe.
