Absolutely the Best All Around in Waxing – Waxing the City is absolutely the best place to go for waxing in the Denver area. I tried Waxing the City at the recommendation of a friend and was very happy with the entire experience and the results. I will admit I did try other salons closer to home strictly for convenience, but was never as satisfied as I was with Waxing the City. The best in waxing – Ivebeen going to wax in the city for over a year now and I love it love it love it. I have been to the Boulder and Dallas studios and I always feel welcome and at ease... which you cant always say when it comes to waxing!

disappointed.... – I did not receive a good wax at wax in the city at the last time. I was rushed during my appointment and and my legs were not ended.I was charged less , but anyway... The guy from the reception made the mistake with the time and the service i odered on the phone ...he told me to come at 3.15 but the appointment was scheduled at 3.00, that is why i was late, i asked for full legs and bikini combo, and he put in the computer half legs.That is why i did not get what i expected. Excellent Service – I have been to many studios both high end down to the run of the mill place. Their pricing is no more and maybe a little less than your standard place for a bikini wax, and about $20 less at your high end place. The rooms are relaxing with modern day music, and really it is the most painless wax I have ever had. I have been to places where they are so quick they bruise you. Double Dipping – Waxing The City does a great job with my brazilian. I've seen a level 1 and level 2 and for the price, it is a very good service. However, I've watched the estheticians double dip! I am also an esthetician and that is the number one thing not to do when waxing.
I broke out with bumps – My service was done about a month ago. It did hurt some, but i expected that. I did not expect all the red bumps.
Great Waxing @ a Great Price! – I found them in Colorado and am glad they're here in Dallas. Their pricing is really great for what you get and they're gentle/thorough. Plus they have awesome brow and skin products that work better than anything I've tried. I've previously tried Nordstrom Spa, Crescent Spa and Anastasia in LA. I'd highly recommend this very experienced team.
Did not live up to the hype – This place has been so hyped coming to Dallas, so I was so excited to try it and wanted it so bad to be everything I hoped it to be but it definitly wasnt. First of all the prices are pretty dang expensive for the services you are getting, especially considering how little time they actually spend doing it! the brow wax was ok but I had to pluck a little bit when I got home.
