I am a loyal client, but asking me to write a review based on my visit yesterday seems silly since I ultimately had to cancel and leave before getting waxed. After getting there after my 25 minute drive from home, I was told my water was running late. I asked how late and was told, “Two or three minutes”. Twenty minutes later, I had to leave since I had to get back to work. I understand that things happen. Truly, I do. However... I love this place! Taylor M. is one of the best, she is a great conversationalist and she is wonderful at her job. I recently came in to get a Brazilian and Mache R. Did a wonderful job! It was my first time and she made me so comfortable! I will continue to come here because the staff is great and the store smells fantastic!

I had a great experience! Great customer service! It was my first wax so I was a little nervous. I had Jamey and she was great! Professional and efficient I would recommend!
This was my first time waxing my eyebrows at waxing the city SLP, and it was a great experience. Molly, my esthetician was very personable and professional, she made me feel comfortable and my eyebrows have never looked better. I would definitely recommend them to friends and I have already scheduled My next appointment.�
I took advantage of the 50% off and I have finally found a group of ladies that made me feel comfortable. The entire staff was incredible and treated me like I belonged there instead of how I felt at other Waxing stores! Lauren was very professional and efficient, I didn't leave feeling like my skin was being ripped off and this morning I feel clean.
