Sweet lady and did a great job. Place is a little run down.
She is habitually late for all the appointments. She has even been a no show for a couple of them! Very unprofessional! Used a filthy washcloth on me today!! I have tolerated it for way too long; she doesn't give consideration to her client's schedule. Also, sloppy . And uses paper towel (too rough for the delicate eye area) instead of soft tissue . If you like sitting around for 45 min for her to show up, then this is for you.
