I got keratin and smoothing done two days back and when today I washed my hair it looked so perfect even when air dried and there was no frizz at all. Price was genuine and service provided was really good.
Pathetic service! I was only 7 minutes late in traffic hours, and the owner started yelling like it was a crime. She has no manners, no respect for clients, and even body shames people. Extremely unprofessional and arrogant. Save your dignity — don’t waste time at this nonsense parlour when Brampton has so many better options.

I hate it totally. Her service was horrible. She peeled out my skin and charged 50 dollars. Wax she used was so cheap and she was too rude with customers. She left some spots with hairs. Totally unprofessional.
