I bring all my children to this dentistry. The staff are well informed and acknowledge all dental needs issues and do an amazing job being open and honest. The dental staff are always understanding and thoughtful.
We just had our first visit with our daughter and were very impressed with the whole office. The friendliness and incentive programs for the kids were great!
Today was my daughters first visit and it was amazing! They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. I am so proud to have them as my daughter's new dental provider!!!
We are so pleased with Young & Polite. Both visits we've had in the past few weeks have been excellent from beginning to end. The staff makes my children feel very comfortable. They give the kids their full, undivided attention. They are friendly, informative and just all around great. We are very pleased with the service provided!
I took my 4 yr old daughter in to get sealants on her molars. The receptionist logged us in quickly and we were back in the room at our scheduled appointment time. The technician was wonderful. She talked to my daughter the whole time and explained exactly what she was going to do. She even started singing the song from the Frozen movie at one point during the procedure which I think made my daughter relax a bit. I love the TV's on the ceiling. Always a pleasure to visit this dental practice with my children and very nice when my kids don't complain that they have to go to the dentist. They have in the past with other practices but not here. They are never pushy but always educational with improvements that can be made as far as dental hygiene. My kids also think that it's cool to win points for gift cards or rewards.
My 2 year old daughter went for her first dentist visit this past week. Although she cried the entire time, the staff was SO kind and tried to make her feel comfortable. They were gentle on her and so polite to us!
