I adore this dentistry because the staff is very attentive to not only the child but the patient’s family as well. During your brief wait Parents are able to look at magazines and their are books for the children to read. The greeters/office assistants are very pleasant and always has a smile. During the visit siblings can either wait with the patient or go into the game room where their is a video game, etch a sketch and toddler age toys. I loved how they were patient with my daughter although she was moving & crying. Amazing service, felt really loved & cared for.
It was my child’s first time getting a filling today, and the doctor and staff made his experience so good he actually enjoyed being there. Everyone is patient and kind and they explain everything to the child in a way that puts them at ease. I recommend them highly!
I absolutely love young and polite dentistry in mint Hill the dentist and assistants or friendly and are always there to help and I really feel they look out for the best interest of my children and their well-being .
There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about this office! From the front desk staff to Dentist everyone we came into contact with was excellent. Thank you.
Staff is always polite and go above and beyond to build not only trust, but friendship with the children. Teddy has always went well above to make sure my son feels safe, and trust him. Dr. Young did amazing keeping him calm, destrated, and explaining every step. You guys are the best! He now has a smile he is proud of and new best friend!
