Great pediatric dentist office!
my 7 year old love going to the dentists and the staff is always happy and helpful .
Great service, friendly staff (aside from the front desk receptionist they had working yesterday, I think she needs to be a little more "kid friendly" and show a little more enthusiasm towards the kids). I love how friendly they are at this office, and only have to complain about the wait time. Also I think they should make the waiting area a little more "kid friendly" with some toys or books.
I really appreciate the patience they had with my two year old. It was her first time and was scared. Excessive force was not utilized.

I love this practice. My son was initially a patient at Young and Polite's South Tryon location, but we transferred to the Mint Hill location with no problem. Service at both practices are superior to say the least. The dentists and their hygienists are absolutely awesome when it comes to the care of children. Not to mention their offices are child friendly.
I love this place, they were very nice and friendly and the service provided was superb! Was my daughter's first visit and I thought they would have a time with her but boy was I wrong. She did great and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
Everything about our experience was A++. My son was treated like a little prince from the moment he walked in. He was introduced to each tool as if it was a special magic wand and he even got to watch his favorite movie while his teeth were cleaned. He can't wait to go back for a filling in a few weeks. For a kid that is normally afraid of the doctor - this is nothing short of amazing. Everyone was extremely positive, polite, and welcoming. And Dr. Grant was conservative with her treatment plan which I appreciated.
