Today, I arrived at young and polite dentistry with my four children. Yesterday, I called to schedule my son an appoint because my sons crowns were missing and I got an appointment the following day. My youngest and only son who is 8 years old and is on the autism spectrum started to throw a tantrum as we got out of the car. He simply did not want to go in. Everyone there was so nice. I was a little nervous considering it was my daughtet''s first time going to the dentist but they were amazing.
My children have been patients of Young and Polite dentistry (Mint Hill) for over 2 years the staff is always thorough, friendly and professional. I commute over 30 minutes, however it is definitely worth the drive for the experience.
Wow, Excellent customer service from start to finish and the people love their job and it shows. They even have us a tour of the office, I felt right at home and my little guy was all smiles, they took the time to explain everything to him so he could understand. The only thing I wish the receptionist told us about the play room while doing the paper work because my little guy was so busy in the waiting room but hey we know next time. The hygenist and dentist were both friendly, professional & thorough! Both of my children love their visits each time we go. Great place!

What can I say about Young and Polite...the entire staff is fantastic. My daughter loves the facility and how she is treated each time she's been there. The wait time is minimal and the attention the staff gives to each child is remarkable and consistent each time we've been there. I am so thankful to have this wonderful pediatric dentist in Mint Hill 😬 👍
We took our 2.5 year old twin boys for their first appt. It was fantastic!!! Everyone is friendly and made our boys first visit very comfortable. I would and have recommend this practice to several friends.
I love this dental practice. They are very polite, friendly, courteous and caring!! I take all 3 kids here and don't plan on ever going anywhere else. :-)
