First of all let me say I have anxiety which is triggered by laying flat on my back. I contacted Jessica beforehand and let her know my situation and she was very encouraging and reassured me she could accommodate me. I worried all the way up to my appointment but when I got there she continued to check on me and my comfort level throughout the appointment, she let me know i was doing well in the process and she kept me calm.
