I was terrified to go in and get waxed, I knew I needed to though because I had really let things get out of hand. Bee set me straight and didn't make me feel at all uncomfortable (and for how anxious I am that's pretty impressive) The whole room is sanitary, secure and private and comfortable. It does hurt (duh) but my cootchie is barely irritated afterwards and I'm so smooth! Worth it
