Sherri is absolutely amazing! She’s been doing my lash lifts and waxes for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results every time. She really takes the time to listen to how I like things done and makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Sherri is amazing! This is my favorite place I have gotten waxed and that is all due to the skill and care of Sherri the owner. Sherri is accommodating and very communicative if you have any questions or concerns. I have been to many waxing salons including private and big chains, and you would be remiss to not choose to have a service done by Sherri. Not only do I get to support a small business, but I also get a stellar wax in the process. Definitely recommend!!
This was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. The salon charged me the full amount for a cancellation, even though their app only accepts debit cards — meaning they can automatically charge you whether you show up or not. When I tried to reschedule, the stylist told me my appointment had already been given to someone else within minutes, yet still charged me the full price.
