After a bad hail storm, we had an adjuster at our home 5 days later and a settlement cheque within 48 hours after the adjuster sent his report in. It was a seamless process and all the people we worked with were amazing. Very pleased and satisfied with Wawanesa
Usually it’s scary dealing with insurance and money matters. But each and every one of them made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Thank you and I appreciate the upmost care and service you all provided. During the process there were issues but everything was handled professionally.
The lady I worked with was Rosie. I have to say she was so pleasant to work with and completely put me at ease. I found her delightful and and very helpful during every step of the claim. I have never had a claim in the 45+ years I have had Wawanesa as my insurance company so I didn't know what to expect. Thank her for me please, I was so relieved with her help and guidance. I would definitely recommend Wawanesa to my friends and colleagues.
Dealing with wawanesa with insurance claims has been painful. Their workers don’t reply to emails. I cannot emphasize enough how awful they have been to try and get things done. No professionalism. The employees are undereducated and do not know how to do their job.
Canceled all 4 of the cars on our policy because one was was currently getting an out of province inspection. Eventually tried to get insurance through them again for only 2 cars and our rate doubled from previous with 4 vehicles. Once insurance cancels on you every other company takes weeks and weeks to get back to you with quotes. Extremely frustrating.
