Canceled all 4 of the cars on our policy because one was was currently getting an out of province inspection. Eventually tried to get insurance through them again for only 2 cars and our rate doubled from previous with 4 vehicles. Once insurance cancels on you every other company takes weeks and weeks to get back to you with quotes. Extremely frustrating.

I had a very frustrating experience with this insurance company. My policy was cancelled unexpectedly, and the whole process felt stressful and poorly handled. Communication was not clear, and instead of helping resolve the situation, it felt like they were quick to cancel without proper support or understanding. This caused me unnecessary inconvenience and extra problems. Overall, I’m very disappointed with how everything was handled.
You’re treated as a file number, not a person. Strongly suggest documenting conversations over email to ensure claims adjuster can recall verbal conversations conveniently forgotten (though are recorded). Receiving an email at 4:30 pm indicating you must return your rental vehicle and pick up from the body shop same day, when both close at 5 pm and are on the opposite side of town is ludicrously unreasonable.
