An absolute nightmare to deal with, very bad at responding , super slow to get back to you. They literally work against you. WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER! Zero stars is the best I can give. If you have a Wawanesa policy, get out of it as soon as you can. Imagine your 35 yr old wife is killed in a car accident that totals her car and leaves you with a toddler to raise on your own. Can someone tell me why my policy was cancelled for non payment and my balance is $0? I have not received any correspondence from this company outside of my brokerage Scoop. This is the third time my policy has been incorrectly cancelled. Very concerning for an insurance company
I’m giving a one star rating because I reported a theft and flood at my house in August. They never bothered to send an adjuster, but they had the cleanup company reach out to me about the flood. It’s now been three months and they’re trying to say that I only reported the flood in October and haven’t bothered answering any emails in a week. I have asked for a supervisor and got nothing.
