Processed a claim, was treated like i was lying then they DOUBLED my payments. I left this company after that
I'd give this insurance company negative a trillion stars. My car was stolen and this useless company didn't fix my car when police recovered it. Mind you my car was blue. When I got it back the car was spray painted all black as well as the windows. And on top they made me pay insurance on that car for a whole two months and didn't refund me a penny after they said I'd get my money back. Anyone who sees this please don't get hurt by these scum. Waste of money and time.

I have been with Wawanesa for over 20 years and words can not describe how upset and angry I am with them. My payments doubled due to the type of car I drive being high risk of being stolen, fine. But then I kept getting screwed over every moth by just difrent things and now when I cancel my policy they charge me more the a moths payment just to cancel my policy. It is insane.
