Gotta fight for everything . can have years and years of loyal customer but when u actually have an accident, you have to fight for everything, I mean everything and black ice on the road, that’s your fault , Do Not recommend them
Wawanesa is a bit on the expensive side, but if you ever have to make a claim it is very easy and stress free. The adjuster who called me was very polite and so easy to deal with.
Frankly I was quite upset when I saw another 15% hike on my property insurance premium. Until I had a burst pipe flooding my basement. The way this claim was handled was absolutely tops. The staff working on restoration (Paul Davis company) went out of their way to restore everything to like new condition. This involved tearing down drywalls, opening the ceiling, and then restoring the damage. They were friendly and extremely helpful.
