I had a rough time when I lived here, and the management went above and beyond to accommodate me. It wasn’t my favorite place to live, and it ended up becoming home with the help of the staff.
Old building new paint. Been here for years and usually things are great but with recent maintenance the place is falling apart. Requested maintenance to come “fix” my dripping faucet in the bathroom it has a slow drip in the sink causing mold to build up after a week. After a few days wait they came & left my sink still dripping but now with a dripping puddle underneath the sink. I called the office and they said they would send someone. Absolutely terrible customer service, been calling for a week now to resolve an issue with past residence at this place. They don’t respond to emails or voicemails. Even ZRS management that runs this place doesn’t answer. I never even lived there but I’m calling for my roommate to resolve a balance that he doesn’t even owe. Answer your damn phone, you frauds.
