Don't be confused. Racism is quiet but obvious from management. If you need a home, you need a home, but integrity falls well short. Previous ownership and management was much better.

Had our A/C go down in the middle of this heat wave. The property manager Michael and his maintenance manager Toby were great and quickly got it repaired along with fixing a few minor issues. Quick, Reliable, and no hesitation. Having lived here for 7 years I can say the new management has really turned things around in a great direction.

I’ve lived here for almost a year now and I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. The property manager and maintenance supervisor have always been very responsive to any issues I’ve had. The property is also well kept. 10/10

The property manager Michael and his maintenance manager Toby are nothing short of amazing! The upgrades and improvements they have done to the property only continue to make this a great place to live.
