We just moved it bc where we were living was not only a bad area our place was falling apart so while looking for a new place someone told us about Waverly and the lady in the office is great she helped us so much and we have a great and beautiful new place to live we are very grateful for everything. The new management is great.
My bf and I put in an application here a couple of weeks ago and I guess we were declined but we're being ghosted by management. Not a very professional way to treat people who just dropped $100 for even the consideration, at least give someone the dignity of a real answer.
Don't be confused. Racism is quiet but obvious from management. If you need a home, you need a home, but integrity falls well short. Previous ownership and management was much better.

Had our A/C go down in the middle of this heat wave. The property manager Michael and his maintenance manager Toby were great and quickly got it repaired along with fixing a few minor issues. Quick, Reliable, and no hesitation. Having lived here for 7 years I can say the new management has really turned things around in a great direction.
