My bf and I put in an application here a couple of weeks ago and I guess we were declined but we're being ghosted by management. Not a very professional way to treat people who just dropped $100 for even the consideration, at least give someone the dignity of a real answer.
Don't be confused. Racism is quiet but obvious from management. If you need a home, you need a home, but integrity falls well short. Previous ownership and management was much better.

Had our A/C go down in the middle of this heat wave. The property manager Michael and his maintenance manager Toby were great and quickly got it repaired along with fixing a few minor issues. Quick, Reliable, and no hesitation. Having lived here for 7 years I can say the new management has really turned things around in a great direction.
I’ve lived here for almost a year now and I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. The property manager and maintenance supervisor have always been very responsive to any issues I’ve had. The property is also well kept. 10/10
