Waverly Apartments is really heading towards the great direction. There is currently new management so a lot of residents that do not do their due diligence and follow up with management are mostly angry that management is enforcing policy and rules. This is a great location great pricing, great maintenance and great management. Please do not listen to recent reviews when in reality a lot of the time it is people who do not follow the rules or do not do their due diligence that leave dishonest reviews. Living at Waverly Apartments has been one of the most stressful housing experiences I’ve ever had. Management never informed me that my lease was ending — no email, no letter, nothing — until after it had already expired. Then, out of nowhere, they hit me with a rent increase and a threat to charge an extra $250 a month if I didn’t renew immediately. One of the best places for anyone! Maintenance team over here is fast and knowledgeable, well spirited, and the staff are really friendly!
