This place is wonderful, pure luxury, I love all the people here, the service and the neighbors. Everything is perfect!
Sunday 2/22/2026 I'm delivering for a resident. The receptionist yells at the visitors to open the door when the door is clearly not opening making the visitor seem stupid. This is a black woman who works up front. Was not able to get her name. Please have her to stop being lazy and open the door and learn better customer service skills.
I dont live here, but being cornered by homeless men while waiting 10 minutes for concierge to decide they want to open the door for me is kinda my personal hell. Sometimes the doorman is really nice, some others have an attitude issue.
