Bad Neighbors
Do you like being woke up at 7:30 in the morning by the loud generator noise this building makes? Please be a better neighbor. The noise decibels from this is over the limit.
Renters Beware! This is the worst building in downtown Orlando for anyone renting. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. Don’t ever complain though. The manager Dwayne disrespects renters. Anyone who complains is basically blown off. There is no safety in this building for renters. He takes the side of people who are bad neighbors. Avoid this building at all costs!
