I am a repeat customer of Waverley. I have dealt with Alan every time I've purchased a new vehicle there. He has always been amazing. He listens to what you want. He never pressures you to buy and is a fun and relaxing experience. Had the pleasure of dealing with Alan Asher at Waverly Dodge when buying my new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. He was very patient, knowledgeable and provided great customer service.
Following my first review, I did get a call from Zane from the dealership. He did get me in to deal with my vehicle and made ever effort to make things right. They informed me that both my stabilizer links had been replaced. After returning home, I attempted to install my winter tires and inspected the repair, well guess what, only one of the links had been replaced after they insured me both had been replaced.
