I came to tour Waveny House as a potential wedding venue. I called and spoke with the point person, Rachel, and let her know that I had arrived and she told me she would be with me once she wrapped up her prior tour, which was fine with me. Once the tour before my scheduled one had ended, she walked by me without even acknowledging me and did not even attempt to call me and say that she could not take me on a tour of the facility (for whatever reason). This is the BEST wedding venue! The grounds are stunning, the interior is spacious, and the staff (especially Rachel and Bea) were incredibly responsive in helping us plan our big day and answering all of our little questions.
