Beautiful waiting room lobby area. Reception does fair job at informing incoming patients what to do. Room for improvement here as your reception is wide so no one knows which desk to approach, where to sign in/whom to speak with. You could definitely put up some signage. You have a water fountain but no cups to get a cup of water. I had my metal flask with me, but no one was able to avail themselves to that feature since reception did not have a sanitized stack & there was no signage about where to get/ask for cups, napkins... read more

The technician was very nice and super patient. I was about to leave a glowing 5 star review…until…we had a STAT order today meaning this is an emergency and we needed the report TODAY. My toddler fell this morning and hurt his arm, it was terrible. It is now almost 7pm local time and there’s still no report per urgent care doctor…. All the patience in the world doesn’t do me much good when you don’t do your job on time 😭 Follow up: I called this morning again to follow up on my now-LATE STAT report.
