We go every year, and me and my husband love it!!!! The beach is private, the rooms have efficiency kitchens, a bbq area, and a heated pool.. And you do t have to deal with the 1000s of people in town. ���
Just finished my vacation at the wavecrest. We had a wonderful time. The view from our room was spectacular. Our room in the waters edge building was perfect. I would highly recommend this place for a great getaway. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Can't wait to visit again. We just loved it!
I have been coming to Montauk nearly 50 yrs. Lived there full time year round for 6 yrs. My friend has been running Wavecrest for over 37 years. Yes it is pricey, but you certainly get what you pay for. I have chatted with other guests on the beach and everyone loves this place. Our view from our room says it all. We are staying in the panorama.
Do not stay here. Room was dilapidated, rusty, smelly and old. The price is through the roof for what you get. Yes this is Montauk, but this place isn't even 3 stars for the price you have to pay. I've stayed in better places there at the same time for a lot less. Staff is anything, but accommodating. If I could give a half a star I would.
The rooms are clean plenty of room. We stayed at the waters edge rooms and the view from our balcony of the ocean was beautiful.
Spent a great Anniversary weekend on the beach at Wavecrest. You can't get any closer to to the beach than staying here & falling asleep to the sound of the ocean surf! Can't wait to come back & lounge on the great deck outside the pool overlooking the beach!
