I made an appointment for an esthetics service, was told not to be late, then I waited 30 minutes before I walked out. Twice the esthetician came out and never said a word to me. When I went up to the counter to ask how much longer (twice) I was told "she'll be right out"...really poor customer service.
No respect for your time. Made a hair appt, they called and pushed it 30 mins. Showed up at the new time and the hair dresser had taken another client and had to wait another 20 mins. I made an appt for a reason, to not wait around. Have some common courtesy for your client's time and plan your appts accordingly. Inexcusable in my opinion, regardless of your ability to cut hair.
