Dr kidd is nice and David Charles( i believe) called me back right away and ansewed my questions concerns after hours at 6am Saturday.
I had a knee replacement in April 2024. Dr McCarty and Steve Zaebel are the very best! The nurses are fantastic . The facility is very well run - very comfortable beds ! The only downside is their billing dept. - it took months for them to process a large payment I made in April -which prohibited my insurance company from paying upcoming bills in full - even though I told them my out of pocket was paid in full - so it left me to pay More than I should have I was told in August I would be getting a refund but have not seen th... read more
I had exalent care and dr was vey helpfull and made me feel relaxed had an injsction on thursday and back on ice today we be calling on monday to ask why this is happening?
Crew is great. On the other hand Dr Steven Nakata is the worse doctor ever. He does not communicate with the patient ever especially if the patient has questions outside of his office and tries to reach him in the phone.
Much like Bard Brooks I had a total hip replacement surgery done by Dr Christopher Evanich at the Wauwatosa Surgery Center. From the moment I had a consult to walking out the door with a total hip replcement the entire experience was beyond expectation. The staff has fun and are such a pleasure to work with. Dr Evanich must be the king of joint replacements down to adjusting my 1 inch leg length differential I has since I was 18. I was perplexed that two hours after surgery I was standing and walking. Very happy.
