Called look for a replacement ball and socket for the end of my hydraulic ram. Spoke with Gary. After telling him what I needed he seemed irritable that I was asking for this part, he asked me "where am I supposed to order that from" I responded with idk that's why I called the professionals. Disappointed in the conversation, I called another repair shop and they ordered what I needed.
Excellent workmanship and very knowledgeable with reasonable prices.
