First time I volunteered and went for depression would never suggest place to anyone and they do roll their eyes at the patient and act like because u have a mental health issues.
Crazy that Waukesha Tax Payers are being suckers for keeping this facility open for 16 patients when most are not even from Waukesha.
It wasn't easy, it wasn't perfect, but ultimately Jillian Ogrady and the staff and pharmacy at this location saved my life. If that doesn't deserve 5 stars nothing does. Sadly it's time for me to move on to a different provider to see if I can find treatment options more fitting to my current needs, but as far as pulling me back from the brink of death and insanity and stabilizing me, and even helping me understand myself a bit better to help me know more of what I need now, they've helped me with getting here. Not the vibe. I’d rather die than go back. The schizophrenic people were so scary and staff did nothing to make them leave us depresso people alone. Also almost got stabbed with a pencil which was not how I had wanted to go out. 0/10.
