Thank you so much for taking care of Sven! He never walks into the vet with any fear or cries while we are in the room. He is always so excited to greet the lovely staff and see who he can convince to give him a treat. Everyone here is kind and friendly and makes our experience positive every time we come. My husband and I can’t thank you all enough for the wonderful love and care you gave Harvey when he came in for surgery! Special thanks to Dr. Jackie, Sharon, and Laura. It’s hard to put into words how much we appreciate you. After loosing our beloved Oliver after just 5 minutes of anesthesia (he was supposed to have an abscessed tooth removed - at another vet), bringing Harvey in for his surgery was scary to say the least. The doctors here are always awesome, but the staff could use work. I have always taken both of my cats here so I called them right around 5pm last night and let them know my cat with FLUTD was urinating blood they made it VERY clear from the start that they close at 6pm and asked when I would be there. when I informed them I was coming from Milwaukee so it would be about 30 minutes they responded "okay but traffic" and recommended I take my cat somewhere else. I can’t say enough good things about Waukesha Animal Hospital. We just went through the very difficult experience of losing our kitty. Dr. Christina is a special mix of compassion and practicality. I will always remember her kindness and will be happy to continue bringing the rest of our pets to see her.
We have taken all of our dogs to see Dr. Amy. Over 20 years. Everyone there is wonderful. They are caring and very knowledgeable. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Shout out to the staff. From front office to the techs. My dogs just love Sharon. She has the treats. Love them all
