I had a great experience at Waukegan Family Dental! The staff is super friendly, and Dr. Misbah provided excellent care. The office is clean and well organized. I would definitely recommend this clinic!
Christian and Dr. Misbah treated me like a living being and not as another patient in the queue. My cleaning was painless and timely in tandem with Christen paying attention to detail. Dr. Misbah approached my care from a holistic perspective and was very honest about a path forward in my care plan. I just want to say the customer service was outstanding Andrea and the rest of the staff were friendly Andrea was so sweet she will definitely be the reason i keep coming back to this establishment very beautiful smile definitely super friendly keep up the great work !!!give them raises
Doctor and front desk were polite. But the in between…if you have children don’t take them. The assistants need training on customer service.
Thank You doctor for seeing my daughter today and for taking care of her cavities. Absolutely grateful! I finally found a great dentist! Thank you staff as well!
