Had the pleasure to work with the owner Mike and an employee Colt, on buying a new Toro MyRide 48” mower today, everything went smoothly and was taught everything I needed to know to operate my new mower flawlessly.
We bought a personal pace lawn mower from the Adel store last year and have been very happy with our purchase. We are very happy to have the new Waukee store as it is much closer to home.
Called ahead to confirm they service my equipment before heading there. Arrived and was turned away. No alternatives suggested, just turned away. I will not be returning based on this single interaction.
