Terrible place and communication. Only reason why I’m giving this place a star is because they answered my call. I was supposed to get a callback Friday in regard to taking my newborn in to their urgent care system with their on call doctor, but nothing happened and I ended up taking my newborn downtown Des Moines driving 30 minutes. This place is truly unprofessional.
Wonderful people, I love my son's pediatrician Dr. Cooperrider. She's so awesome and helpful in so many ways. I appreciate these people to the fullest.

We got in within a few days for physicals. Staff were happy and courteous. Facility is clean and inviting. Very thorough examination by the ARNP. Love it!
We love the staff and doctors. We are not pleased with the change in corporate. A recheck appointment is not the same as a sick appointment.
