Everyone I encountered at Dr. Daly's office for my first visit were extremely warm, welcoming, and professional. They all seemed very happy to be there, and genuinely appeared to have my best interest at heart. I've heard great things about Dr. Daly and his office, but after experiencing it firsthand I can definitely say that I feel confident that I am in good hands.
From the moment I walked through the door and was greeted by Amber, the wonderful service provided by Ellen, to meeting Dr. Forbes and Chelsea didn't want me to leave because I was experiencing some discomfort.... I was just blown away! I would (will) highly recommend Waugh Chapel Dental to everyone I know, heck I'll recommend Waugh Chapel Dental to a stranger. Kudos to each of you who made my first but certainly not last visit a pleasure! You rock!
The definition for Dr Daly's office is professionalism one encounter from all staff
having had only one visit - it is difficult to give a thorough review. the initial impression is very positive based on the personnel I interacted with - all very polite, friendly and competent. there is always a tension between basic dental care and interventions and what is really necessary to anticipate future dental problems - and the business of a dental practice. so we'll see

I was happy to finally have found a dentist who is honest, transparent with a friendly staff. However, I did have a problem with the billing department- the had a faulty credit/debit card machine and it charging patients several times for only one service rendered. Chelsea was very kind, professional and caring in fixing the problem. Otherwise, I would recommend this practice. A pleasant experience as far as going to the dentist goes. 😉
Little waiting time...clean facility and the staff is friendly.
