Who ever answered the phone on May 31st 2019 @ 1:57 p.m. has terrible customer service skills. I asked is the sold speaker wire and that guy was extremely short and just hung up the phone while I was talking.
Great place! Very knowledgeable and friendly people working here.
It may be a little hard to find, but worth the time to get there. The customer service was excellent. We will definitely continue to use Wattsound for any of our audio needs. Just a side note, they have moved locations. They are now at 7531 Hollye Circle in Panama City, Florida.
