I don’t have dental insurance but had a tooth injury that needed to be seen. The last dentist I had retired, and I didn’t think it’d be possible to find a dental hygienist as good as my previous, but I was seen by Margo and she seems great. Dr. Palmer was also great. They were very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. They got me in and out so fast, and so far I’m just told to monitor the tooth. I have been trying to find a new dentist for quite some time. I recently moved back to Williamston and thought I’d call his office. I had some minor wisdom tooth pain and he got me in the next day to look at it. He ended up doing a full exam and we came up with a plan. I was referred to an oral surgeon to get my teeth removed and it was 6 weeks out. Long story short he found me a place that could do it the next day. After 4 days of unimaginable pain I made one call and within minutes was in the office and no more pain! Quick, efficient and kind! I even received a call the next day from the office checking up on me. I don't know how to thank all of them enough but I will just start with another Thank You!!
Completely over charged me for their service, led on that a bonding would last for a while and not to worry about it, it fell off less than 2 months later. This was the first time I had ever been to Dr. Watts office. Dr. Watts and his team are not offering anything to compensate for their procedure that did not work. I am from out of town and I had to find another dentist to fix my issue and pay again for a similar procedure.
